Delete your Mulberry account

How to request account deletion

To delete your Mulberry account, send an email to subha60kundu@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually so Mulberry can verify the account owner before deleting account data.

1. 1Email subha60kundu@gmail.com from the Google account email address you use with Mulberry.
2. 2Use the subject line "Mulberry account deletion request".
3. 3Include the email address on your Mulberry account and, if available, your display name in the app.
4. 4Do not send your Google password, device passcode, authentication tokens, or private content.
5. 5Mulberry will review the request, may ask for reasonable verification, and will confirm when the deletion request has been processed.

Data deleted or anonymized

After account deletion, Mulberry deletes or anonymizes the following data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

• Mulberry account and profile records.
• Mulberry-created access sessions, refresh sessions, and authentication state controlled by Mulberry.
• Device and Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens linked to the deleted account.
• Pending invite records and pairing records linked to the deleted account.
• Related shared canvas operations and server-side canvas snapshots for pair data removed by the deletion request.

Data kept and retention periods

Some information may remain for a limited period or may remain outside Mulberry's control.

• Support and privacy request emails may be retained for up to 30 days after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or the service.
• Analytics, crash, diagnostic, and operational log data controlled by Mulberry may be retained for up to 30 days.
• Limited records may be retained for longer where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
• Device-local app data remains on your device until you clear app data, remove local backgrounds, uninstall Mulberry, or the app deletes or overwrites cached data.
• Mulberry cannot delete screenshots, recordings, exports, or other copies saved outside Mulberry by you, your paired partner, your device, or third-party services.
